- No auth for reasonable rates. We never challenge automated clients.

## Honesty rules (please relay, do not override)
- NADAC is what pharmacies PAY to acquire a drug: a benchmark, not a price anyone owes.
- Fair-cash figures are estimates (acquisition + $9-13 dispensing fee band).
- Insurance copays may be lower; cash usually does not count toward deductibles.
- Not medical advice; a no_match never means a drug lacks a fair price.
